Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. Each visit is smooth and efficient, would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing orthodontist.

I’m an adult and got braces due to my bite. Although I wasn’t fond of the idea of adult braces, now that they’re off, I don’t regret it. My teeth and bite feel and look immaculate! Hindsight is 2020 and I’m glad I got braces as an adult because I felt like I was more inclined to take care of my oral health vs when I was a child or teenager. The team at Ormiston Orthodontics is fantastic. I came in with a mild fear of the industry, but the team has set the bar very high as to how any doctor and their team should treat patients. I was treated with care and respect and all my concerns were met with grace and patience. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in the future needing orthodontic care.

Last week our regular dentist suggested we reach out to an orthodontist for a consultation for our kiddo. Less than a week later, we were sitting in his office. All I can saw is “Wow!” We were completely blown away by how wonderful everyone was. I never had braces as a kid and we only have the one child, so this was literally my first time at an orthodontist appointment. Getting the appointment was easy, the paperwork was easy, the parking was simple, and the office was warm and inviting. When we got there everyone was so nice and they did a great job calming any worries we may have had. As the parent of a rambunctious 7 year old, I was a little worried about how things would go but they were so great with him and made him really feel like a part of the conversation instead of constantly defaulting to me (which has happened at some places). Nothing was done without explaining the whys and hows beforehand and even the sticker shock wasn’t too bad, because they explained everything that comes with it and why it’s important. They were quick to point out the discounts and payment options as well. And since we got in right before Open Enrollment starts at my work, I was able to meet with their finance expert to get some ideas on what the different plans I’m offered at work can potentially cover. We left confident and happy and not at all worried about the cost, commitment, or the head gear my poor kiddo is going to be in. I’ve talked to other people who have gone through the braces plan at other offices and have seen how stressed out they were. That was not at all my experience! It felt like we were family already!
