Dr. Perry Ormiston has been creating beautiful smiles since 2003! He specializes in orthodontics for children, teens and adults. Dr. Ormiston attended Washington State University for his undergraduate studies and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with honors from the University of Southern California. He continued his education at the University of Washington where he received his certificate in orthodontics and a Master of Science degree, and now holds an affiliate faculty position.

J. Walter Reeves Memorial Award for scholastic achievement

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists and stays abreast of the latest advancements in orthodontics by maintaining memberships in the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association and the Pierce County Dental Society. Dr. Ormiston is also a published author, with several articles featured in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Ormiston and his family reside in Puyallup. As a third generation Washington native, he is a sports enthusiast who enjoys running, hiking, playing soccer, skiing and rooting for the Cougars, Huskies and Trojans.
Chou - Orthodontic Assistant
Chou is in her 7th year with our office and has had an amazingly positive impact since her arrival. She greets every patient with her warm smile and positive attitude. Chou loves to cook and most of all spend time with her family. Chou was born in Thailand but moved to US as a baby. She is a graduate of Sumner High School and a certified dental assistant from Clover Park Technical College.
