So far we have only been impressed. Our son got a consultation last year and they were very honest about how non-urgent his needs were and we opted to delay (until his tooth brushing is better). With my daughter, her needs were more pressing and it was helpful for us to have the contrasting experiences and knew they weren’t suggesting we pursue orthodontic care she didn’t really need. They have been very good and engaging with her. She’s only 7 but has quite a bit of crowding and things growing in all wrong. She cried the day she got her retainer because she was scared and felt overwhelmed, and they helped calm her and were patient while she wrapped her head around her new retainer. She is on day 2 and not experiencing any discomfort. They use very up to date technology, explain options very well, and have been really on top of helping us understand how our insurance works for our daughter’s orthodontic care. Will recommend.

Dr. Ormiston is by far the best orthodontist. The staff's welcoming smiles when you walk in and the great treatment when they are working on your teeth. Ormiston Orthodontics is an awesome place.

My daughter and I have loved working with Dr. O and his staff for the last couple of years. Everyone in the practice is so outstanding at what they do. Somehow, they always remember who we are and take the time to catch up with what has been happening with my daughter since her last visit. Being able to have most of her appointments in Eatonville, where she goes to school has been so convenient. And of course, her teeth look beautiful!

Visiting Dr. Ormiston's office is always so welcoming. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I am confident that my kids are getting the most ideal service there is and can be confident in their recommendation to anyone!

This orthodontist place is amazing everyone is so nice there and make me feel welcome and they are very talented I would recommend Ormiston orthodontist.
Last week our regular dentist suggested we reach out to an orthodontist for a consultation for our kiddo. Less than a week later, we were sitting in his office. All I can saw is “Wow!” We were completely blown away by how wonderful everyone was. I never had braces as a kid and we only have the one child, so this was literally my first time at an orthodontist appointment. Getting the appointment was easy, the paperwork was easy, the parking was simple, and the office was warm and inviting. When we got there everyone was so nice and they did a great job calming any worries we may have had. As the parent of a rambunctious 7 year old, I was a little worried about how things would go but they were so great with him and made him really feel like a part of the conversation instead of constantly defaulting to me (which has happened at some places). Nothing was done without explaining the whys and hows beforehand and even the sticker shock wasn’t too bad, because they explained everything that comes with it and why it’s important. They were quick to point out the discounts and payment options as well. And since we got in right before Open Enrollment starts at my work, I was able to meet with their finance expert to get some ideas on what the different plans I’m offered at work can potentially cover. We left confident and happy and not at all worried about the cost, commitment, or the head gear my poor kiddo is going to be in. I’ve talked to other people who have gone through the braces plan at other offices and have seen how stressed out they were. That was not at all my experience! It felt like we were family already!

Ormiston Orthodontics has been a wonderful experience so far. Appointments have been easy to schedule and on time. The office staff and everyone at Ormiston go above and beyond to make the experience fun for the child! We would highly recommend Ormiston to anyone! 😀
Everybody here is so nice and welcoming. They have a fun little point system, that kids can play games, earn points, then cash them in for gift cards! Thanks so much Ormiston!
